The Nvolo helmet is entirely made in Italy in design and production and complies with the reference standard EN 966:2012 for flight for the HPG (paragliding and hang-gliding helmets) and UL (helmets for flying with ultralight airplanes) categories.

It has a shell of very small size and weight made of composite fibres: carbon fibre, carbon-kevlar and glass.

There is then a layer of polystyrene which we managed to contain in thickness thanks to a skilful stratification of the shell, such as to allow the helmet to pass the difficult laboratory tests for certification and therefore to give you safe protection and lightness at the same time. extraordinary

The Nvolo helmet weighs only 600 grams (excluding accessories).

The shell is the same for each size, while the internal padding varies, thanks to which we make the various sizes. This brings numerous advantages, including being able to change size by simply replacing an interior in a few seconds in order to adapt the helmet to any passengers or the possibility of replacing an old interior or having a spare one.

The padding is easily removable, made of breathable fabric and machine washable.

The strap has a quick release micrometric closure and is lined with a comfortable throat cover.

Another strong point of our helmets is the attention to detail, such as all the ergal screws in different colors, based on the colors of the helmet.
